I would think so... it's like someone saying it's ok to kill them, even though you have their permission and they say it's fine, you're going to go to jail lol. Best thing to do is ask a cop or lawyer.

It depends which country you're in and what laws are in place governing the age of consent.

If the age of consent where you are is 16, no he won't get into trouble. If the age of consent is higher, it would be illegal and parents cannot consent to breaking the law.

Im 15 years old can i legally get married without my mothers consent if your boyfriend is 16 years old?

I'm sorry to say that you cannot get married at 15 even if your boyfriend is 16. Your mother has to say that it is ok and his parents need to say that also.

You are 16 years old and pregnant by your boyfriend who is 19 can he get into trouble even if both parents agree?

In some states if one of the parents, usually the minor's parents, want to take legal action, then they can and your boyfriend would have to file as a statutory rapist. If none of the parents pursue legal action, then nothing will happen to your boyfriend. Do some research of your own to see your own state laws.

Can a 16 year old girl leave the province to go live in another province with her 18 year old boyfriend without parental permission but they know...in Canada..lets say Vancouver to Toronto?

You can't go unless you are 18 or older because you are technically a minor. If you parents agree (which I don't think they would) then your boyfriend has to take full responsibility of you and if something happens to you, your boyfriend wont get in trouble (not a lot), your parents will <- which might be the reason why your parents wont let you

Can a 16 year old move in with her 18 year old boyfriend if he lives in his parents house?

In most cases, a 16-year-old would need parental consent to move in with their 18-year-old boyfriend, even if he lives in his parents' house. The legal age of majority for making such decisions varies by jurisdiction, but it is typically 18. It is important to consider the legal implications and discuss openly with parents before making such a decision.
