Maybe. There is a legal concept called a mechanic's lien- where you owe someone for work they performed. Under some circumstances they can legally take what they worked on (car) and sell it to be paid. Laws vary place to place, but my advice would be to pay them what you owe- it will be cheaper than talking to a lawyer.

Break the Glass and use the inside handle. Any body shop should know how to get in, but it will probably be cheaper to take the brick through a window option and then drive it to the shop instead of having it towed. I had the same problem so I crawled in through the trunk.
