REPLACE THE TURN SIGNAL UNIT (THE ITEM THAT YOU FLIP TO TURN THE SIGNALS ON) I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND YOU HAVE A SHORT IN THE UNIT AND THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK
