Your problem isn't specific. Here is a list of causes. please refer this to identify the problem - http://carcarehow.blogspot.com/2011/10/window-does-not-roll-up.html
you have to put your handbrake on and then it wont roll down the hill
door swith sticks you can strip them down and clean but i would replace with new its a n easy job
Just roll it up If the the car has automatic car window abd wont pull up then the regulator of the car window is bad or is off-track. You will have to get the regulator fixed. It usually costs up to $50 or so.. from a good mechanic.
A power window relay switch relays the power from the car's battery, to the switch itself, and then to the window motor. When pressing the button inside of the car it allows the power to go from the relay switch to the motor and roll the window up or down.
If the mist is on the outside of the window, use windshield wipers, roll down window, or use rear de-fogger, depending which window has misted up. If the mist is on the inside, turn on the heat/AC, roll down window, or use rear de-fogger, depending which window has misted up.
Please be more specific, one window, all the windows? Are they power? Just deal with it.
spray silicone spray along the window guides. DO NOT SPPRAY WD40.
you need to replace the window regulator
The part you probably need is called the window regulator, but the door should be taken apart first to determine what went wrong.
If you can hear a clicking on the door - then you know the fuse, switch and circuit are good. = = You need to open up the door - and using a bulb tester or voltmeter - test at the motor to see if you have battery power when the switch is operated.. If you dont..then its a relay fault or break in the wiring inside the door somewhere ( unlikely but can happen ) If you do get voltage ( battery voltage ) - then the fault is either the motor itself or the motor is jammed or the workings... Try the motor then off the door - but remember it wont have the load of the window - but try it... if it doesn't work - then you need a new motor and mech.. Check to then, that the window runs smoothly up and down by hand. For more information go to www.fixtor.com
the motor in the door could have burnt out. it takes about 200 dollars to fix. (labor included) at least at the shop that i go to.
Automatic Car windows can sometimes become trouble for the owner. If your window is rolling down, but refuses to roll up, this is due to a burnt wiring inside the motor. The motor is attached to the driving seat door.
