The cotton gin made it easier to separate the seeds out of cotton. But because it was so efficient, more slaves were needed to keep up with the demands in the factories.
Cotton wrapping, just like we wrap a sprained arm today, but doing the full body.
It was greed of the rich and is now doing the same thing today
Just this one: "We the unwilling Led by the unqualified Are doing the impossible For the ungrateful"
It helped farmers make more money, faster cotton gin helped by cleaning(with the help of water) the cotton much faster then doing it by hand. So the faster you clean the cotton the more cotton you have to sell, so the farmers sold more cotton and thus boosted the economy. And witch help the economy and witch gave people more money to make the clothing on our back.
looks like your teacher did not teach you well have a great time doing your homework
People wear cotton clothes for sport because they are lightweight, cool and absorb perspiration.
I'm actually doing a task on the cotton gin at school at the momment so i hope this helps Before Eli Whitney invented the cotton gin it was very hard and took a lot of time to seperate the seeds from the cotton that people used so the cotton gin made it a lot easier and was quicker, it actually seperated the amount of cotton that 50 men could in one day.
it breathes.
I am doing an essay on this right now so I would be glad to answer your question. The positive effects of the "cotton gin" was that it made producing cotton so much easier. Before Eli Whitney invented the "cotton gin", picking the seeds out of the cotton plants were so laborious and time consuming. but now, it was easy and fast, and farmers made much more money. The negative effects of the "cotton gin" was that it made the need for slaves greatly increase, and the number of slave states shot up. Plantations grew, and work became regimented and relentless (unending). Hope that helps!
i have no idea what i am doing
people dont have effects because they are doing this bad torture
Eli Whitney was one of the pioneers in the industrial revolution. His invention of the cotton gin. In one demonstration of his new machine he turned out in one hour what it took a full day's work of several workers to do. The machine made harvesting cotton a mechanical process rather than doing it by hand. He also invented the first milling machine worthy of the name. It had the innovation of using a multiple edged cutting wheel and a movable work bed driven by worm gear and screw thread. This helped manufacturing various metal products.
because when the water makes contact with the wool all the particles run to each other and by doing this it absorbs water in to the cotton wool

The cotton gin picked out the seeds form the cotton at a rapid rate, way faster and less painful for the slaves. They could produce mroe cotton, faster, so they got more compesation from the slave owners for doing a good job.
