Ok...to change the headlights in a Dodge stratus you need to first open the hood and grab a wrench or something to loosen the bolts on the top of each light (I believe each headlight had two long bolts). Once you have removed the headlights' bolts the lights should just slide forward and out of the retaining area. The place to remove the actual bulb is on the backside of the light. This piece is circular and should be removed by gently twisting either cockwise or counter clockwise...I cant remember. Once this piece is out the old bulb should be easy to remove by wiggling it out. DONT touch your new bulb. hold it by the bottom fuse. Good Luck!
