have someone keep watch on these warning lights while you wiggle any wires associated with your brakes ops area, to see if there's any change. If you have double checked your work, and still cannot fault it, even after a road test, then I wouldn't panic, it'll more than likely be your brake warning system needs to be reset, as you would with a servicing lwarning ight.
90% of the time you can do this yourself, by applying a sequence of pedal pressing and ignition key positions.
