unbolt the the coil/plug cap, they are one peice. they are inline, 4 on each side, on the top of the engine, they have 2, 8mm bolts on each one. Taking off the pcv hoses, and the intake boot helps, but if u find it is still hard to do, pull off the fuel rails makes it easer, to save your self the problem ,go to a discount tuneup shop

you rotate the engine to get to the rear plugs but the front ones are easy to replace
Any auto parts store or Ford dealership. I would go to auto parts store its cheaper and they will also tell you the location of your spark plugs if that is what you ment.
i think they are back up plugs for the fout that run the truck normally
