From what I've been told--as someome without a ton of mechanical experience or a lift--it's a bad idea to do this yourself. I'm not even sure it's technically legal. Your messing with the breaks to do this and it would be a nightmare without a lift or at least a hoist. Think most of the info I'm remembering here came from the owner's manual.
Front is a 120/90-18 and the rear is a 170/80-15. They been the same since 2000, when Honda reintroduced the Sabre.
28 psi front, 36 psi rear.
