Your question is confusing. If you need to change the style of the text, you need to use style/CSS.

-- winding the wire into a coil-- changing its price-- tie-wrapping it to the outside of a conduit-- shining a flashlight on it-- exposing it to loud noises-- changing the color of its insulating jacketResistance will only be reduced by changing the thickness / physical dimensions (15 small wires wound together vs 1 big one, etc.) of the wire, or the wire's temperature. It's apparent impedance can be changed by placing it in an electric field as well.
Something like this would work, emphasis on the style attribute. Replace #000000 with any color value of your choice; any color definition that normally works with CSS works here (since it is CSS). ---- ... ---- Profiles belonging to Social Networking Sites (like MySpace and Facebook) may have a specific way of changing the navigation bar's background color -- some may not have that option at all. See your Social Networking Site's FAQ section (or other means) as to whether changing the navigation bar's styles is allowed (and possible).
<p style="color:#FFFFFF;"></p> A: this is correct although it is better to store your CSS rules in separate files, which makes editing and changing CSS easier and allows for manipulating of the DOM nodes (in this case the P tag): CSS style for all P tags: p { style: color: red; } CSS style for one specific P tag: p#my-id { color: red; } HTML for the latter: <p id="my-id">some text which is now red</p> <p>this paragraph has the common formatting and won't be red</p>
The same way he/she can identify a composite resistor that is color coded or a metal film resistor that is color coded: by reading the color code bands. They all use the same color code. If for some reason the color bands are damaged and unreadable, the resistor will have to be removed and measured with a meter. However this reading may be incorrect as whatever caused the color bands to become unreadable may have also damaged the resistor, changing its value. Verify the value on the schematic!
CSS rules are comprised of two components: the property and the value. The property is what you are wanting to change and the value is what you are setting the property to be. For example: p { font-family: Arial; color: #FFFF00; } In the example, font-family and color are the properties we are changing. For font-family, we are setting it to the value of Arial (meaning we want the text of our paragraphs to be displayed using the Arial typeface). For color, we are setting the value as the hexadecimal color #FFFF00 (yellow).
