If you're referring to your computers hardware time, follow the instructions below.
1. Restart your computer.
2. When your screen shows the logo or name of it's make, look for F-Key options on the screen regarding the setup, e.g "Setup (F12)" and press this key.
3. You have now entered the "BIOS" (Operating System Of The Hardware) and you will need to use your arrow keys and other common keys (commonly shown below the box) but enter is most common.
4. If the computer time is not listed, you may have to move around the menus for "Time & Date" or similar.
5. If this fails, try disconnecting your computer from the internet, then shutting it down. After this, disconnect the power to the PC, and then plug in just the power and then turn on your computer. The hardware time will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner when you log in (if you are using windows) or top right (for OSX or Linux).
