I am not sure about a 69 C60 but I am guessing it is not in the standard area, if that is the case, my motor home has it on the power steering pump... as I recall, 69 Chevy c60 booster is behind driver side step to get in truck
On the firewall, passenger side.

It should be right by the water pump in front of the motor, on the passenger side of the truck.
As looking at the front of the truck, on the right side of the motor above the power steering pump. Driven off the belt.

The numbers on the drivers side rear of the engine right above the bellhousing are more helpful.
Take off the bed of the truck. 8 bolts from the under side. access to the pump is located at the top of the fuel tank. disconect the power to the pump at the batery or at the pump. unscrew ring around the fuel pump and lift out the pump. do steps in reverse to replace
on the pass. side firewall,under the hood, under a black plastic cover.
