∙ 12y agoIt depends on your experiment... If you are talking about caring for one as a first pet, then a guinea pig. A guinea pig is a very social animal and makes many noises. They respond well to your actions and are very enjoyable. They make a variety of noises, including hums, squeaks, and other pleasure noises. Chinchillas are nice, but they tend to be more violent and they have sharper teeth. But remember, both of these animals live a long time, so if you are looking for a pet that will last a short time, neither of these pets is the right pet to chose.
