Check fuse
Check to see if you are getting power to it - if so, bad blower motor
If not bad switch?
Check the blower motor resistor
That is usually a failed blower resistor.

The blower resistor is above the strut tower on the passenger side under the hood.
If you mean the blower only goes in the high mode check the blower resistor located in the plenum under the wiper module.
