how do you replace a resister on a front heater blower on a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country touring with a 3.8 motor
It is under the dash on the passenger side.
under the hood on the driver side there is a black box with fuses and relay switches for the blower

The front blower motor power module is under the dash on the passenger side. It bolts to the bottom of the HVAC housing.
The usual cause is a failed blower resistor, also called a blower power module on a auto temp system.
The front blower motor is attached to the bottom of the HVAC housing, under the dash, on the driver side. The rear blower motor is inside the trim panel, on the right rear of the van.

Pull back the rug and insulation.
When the fan is on high it does not run through the blower motor resistor. The low speeds don't work because the blower motor resistor is bad.
