sounds to me like your front end is not disengaging, bad actuator under battery.

the clicking noise is either, a) the motor assembly of the speaker rattling, B)cone rattling, C) its just blown. it will need to be replaced either way.

If the noise is coming from the rear then the bushing is broken.

Depending on the nature of the noise, when it occurs and more description, it'll be very hard to offer ideas on a cause. One thing that does cause 'noise', is a thumping / clicking when changing the heater temperature setting. See "Related Questions" below for more about that particular problem.
