All of the Southwest Asian wars (Middle East), e.g. 1967 six day war; Yom Kipper War 1973, etc. The Soviet invasion of Afghanistan 1979-1989 and all of the US Military operations since Vietnam...Operation Urgent Fury (1983), Operation Just Cause (1989), Restore Hope (1992/93), Desert Storm (1991), Iraqi Freedom (2003-), Enduring Freedom (2001-). Basically Korea & Vietnam were major communist wars. Everything after that was either religious, border disputes, drug related, or neighbor disputes.
