I believe that supervisors tend to establish a hard barrier, when they become a supervisor. so the buddy system may come into affect. supervisors are given a great deal of responsibilities that comes along with pressure of being ones co worker to now being their supervisor, and will have to be firm fair and consistent among former co workers and which may be hard to accept. so a supervisor is in position with power over some co workers to gain revenge or just to know they have the power to manipulate someone. it might not show that one person could be prejudice, when they are working with other co workers, but when an operative employee becomes a supervisor. they may change attitude or be forced to make some negative decisions among the working employees! as some people may say showing their true colors. so a supervisor could reject or accept someone that is their friend and depending on race and ones viewing perception could indicate that the supervisor is being charged with discrimination.

The primary places where gender discrimination is occurring are in health clubs and gyms that will not allow males to participate or become members.
