It means that you have an infection starting, and going to the doctor would be wise if you can afford it. if not get rest and plenty of liquids if symptoms get worst or if you run a fever for more that 3 days go to the emergency room at the nearest hospital to be checked. or to you doctor right away, if you are coughing up blood then go to the emergency room right away.
