Ninjas Are Better Than Pirates That could be a good topic for a comedy debate.
As for a _letter_, you'd normally be sending a letter to a particular person you probably know and be discussing things of mutual interest. This might be a bit odd, but I guess you could be trying to convince your addressee of your position.
As an _essay_ title, it depends on your teacher and his/her attitudes. You'll probably produce a more interesting document if you really like your subject, so my advice is that if you think your teacher is broad-minded enough, then go for it.
