You know there is a risk of you have sex so there aren't really any accidents. If you use the Birth Control as it's supposed to be used and still get pregnant I guess one can call that an accident.

The number one thing is abstinence. That works at 100 %. The man can have a vasectomy. The woman can have her tubes tied or have her uterus removed. If she has her uterus removed, she can never have kids again. Tubal ligation, there is a slight chance she could get pregnant if her tubes get untied by theirselves and heal back together. The needle( Depo-Provera),if she get her needle late, she could get pregnant, but it's rare. Mirena (IUD), there is a slight chance she could get pregnant, but it's rare. The mini pill or the combination pill, even if she never forgets to take it, there's a 3% chance she could get pregnant. The condom could leak or break. The calendar method, the temperature method or the ovolution test are natural, but the chances of unplanned pregnancies are higher. Sterilization, the needle, the pill (mini or combination), the condom, the needle or Mirena(IUD) are the safest protections against unplanned pregnancies.
