I noticed when I had been working at a computer for 6 months that I was getting a slight head-ache and my eye seemed to be drifting off when I daydreamed.I subsequently got glasses for the VDU (computer screen), and found out I not only needed glasses for screens etc, but also that I have an astigmatism. The glasses make an immense difference.
I haven't been able to find my glasses for about a week and I feel dizzy and slightly nautious at work. I can still focus on the screen well, but I can feel my right eye doing overtime, which causes dizzyness.
