Could Batman beat Tarzan?
As skilled as Batman is, he probably couldn't. He couldn't do very much against someone with animal reflexes. Tarzan would have him in a full Nelson before he could reach for his handy-dandy belt. It's even evident in the Batman/Tarzan crossover by DC: Claws of the Catwoman (they're allies here, mind you). Tarzan does so much better than the Bats when it comes to fighting. Then again, he was in his element... In truth, I love them both and I have previously thought of them fighting each other (and at those times I told myself that Tarzan would win). I gave the idea very serious consideration. Long live Tarzan and Batman!

This is a tough one...Both of them are great martial artists. On one hand, Batman has many gadgets that could help him win, but on the other hand, Iron Fist has one powerful punch...Maybe it would end in a draw? Then again...

Yes, Batman is a quick thinker while Tony is more book-smart.Batman could plan stuff while Tony could build stuff.But think about it, Batman could plan to defeat every justice league member, so Batman is smarter. However, since Batman is hardly competent at creating his own weapons, one could easily eliminate him by ruining Stark Industries (a simple enough plan for Stark to think up I believe). Both then, are incredibly intelligent in two entirely different fields, making this much more complicated to judge.

It is always possible. And with the right skills, it is certainly possible, but it would not be a sure outcome.

I also read "The Brave and the Bold, Detective Comics (vol. 1 + 2), the Outsiders and many more. In many of the Justice League of America comics, he tells that he has plans to defeat many of the DC Universe characters.
