Could i be pregnant if i havent missed a period but im having the feeling of a heavy uterus full and heavy breasts and tiredness i also think my breast was leaking today please help me?

Yes it is possible to be pregnant and still have your period and it is quite a common occurance. The best thing to do would be to get a test or go and see your doctor as this may not be the cause of these symptoms but you should find out what the cause is.
