Yes, It definitely could I have hypotension or severely low blood pressure which causes me to pass out and my cardiologist has told me that the recent seizures I have been experiencing are my body's way of keeping itself sustained during a syncope episode caused by low blood pressure. So indirectly it could cause a seizure. From experience yes this is true, and you should see a doctor.
