They could be a number of things. they might just be acne, things such as pimples or something. if they are little bumps that are smaller than zits, then it could be Heat Rash, which is nothing serious. if they are bubble like it could be a cyst.

Go get a lotion at the drug store and then call your doctor. It could be an allergy or something else.
i think it could be something serious so you should go get that checked out asap
Unlikely. The bumps on your skull are being caused by something other than playing on the computer. You should see your Doctor.
As a teacher I have had students come to me telling they feel bumps on their back or shoulders and that they itch. They have asked to me to look at their back to see if something was there. I have and if I saw something that looked like a rash or bites I sent them to the school nurse. I have pointed out to students that if they changed laundry soap recently that could be the cause, rolled around in the grass at recess, or climbed a tree that those could be causes for something like that. I did this only with student permission and requested by the student to help them.
Small red bumps on the skin could be signs of rashes or measles. It could also be a precursor to acne problems.
When a person has pus bumps on their lips, they most likely are getting a cold sore. You should leave the bumps alone.
