You wouldn't have an actual heavy period when you are pregnant because that's the shedding of your lining which would cause you to miscarry. But some women have light implantation spotting/bleeding when there period would be during there pregnancy. Also, it could be a chemical pregnancy which is an early miscarriage. It happens to about 60% of women and most women don't know unless they test before there period was due or there period is late but comes a few days or a week later. That happened to me, and I got a positive pregnancy test still 2 weeks after.

According to most pregnancy tests, a second faint line does indeed mean that you are pregnant. The second line only shows up if the pregnancy hormone is in your urine. So if it is there at all, then you are pregnant. If you take the test early, like before your missed period, this may be why the line is faint. Wait until after your missed period and repeat the test to be completely sure of the accuracy.

Congrats your pregnant! I did the same thing when my hubby and I were trying. It was 4 days before my expected period and there was a faint pink line and a dark line. The faint pink shows small traces of the pregnancy hormone, take another test in a few days and the line will be darker because there is more of the pregnancy hormone in your system. I would say it could be some sort of small possibility however, you usually do not take a pregnancy test on the LAST day or your period. You are usually suppose to take it 1 day or more AFTER you have MISSED a period. However i do not know how faint the line was but if you saw anything of a send line i would say wait 1-2 weeks and take another.

Yes. You may not even have implanted yet. I got a negative the day before and the day my period was due, got a faint positive the day after it was due and a strong positive when I was 4 days late. Don't give up hope unless your period shows.

It sounds as though you may have an implantation bleed if this is all you are seeing so you may indeed be pregnant. Take a test.

You just have to charge your PSP. That "faint light" you see, is not a faint light, It's just a yellow thing letting you know that it is on hold.
