Could you be pregnant if you're using injectable meds and you had an iui on July 17th and started what seems to be a very light period and on the first day of bleeding you had very very mild cramping?

Symptoms may be due to the injection, UTI or pregnancy. See your doctor/do a test.

You wouldn't have 2 periods no, but you would have one period. As for the second period you might be pregnant. See your Doctor for a blood test.

It all depends on your color of blood and level of pain in cramping. If your spotting is pink or brown-ish... they say it is not as big of a problem as dark red and/or heavy bleeding. I read that the embryo implants deeper during the 9th week and sometimes causes spotting and cramping. But either way, go with your intuition... ER or not!

You started bleeding heavily a week before your period and you have no other symptoms of a normal period such as cramping sore breasts etc Could you have been pregnant and now having a miscarriage?
Probably not. A week or so either way doesn't mean you are pregnant and some months you don't have all the symptoms. If it was a miscarriage you would have had more than that.

Any amount of bleeding or spotting counts as a withdrawal bleed when you're on hormonal contraception. Cramping and bloating may still occur, but bleeding will be lighter. Cramping and bloating should also decrease over the first three months of NuvaRing use. Cramping and bloating could also be signs of infection, so talk with your health care provider about whether an exam is needed in your case.
