Yes. There is a chance a woman can get pregnant even if she gets her tubes tied, but it's not usually often. I don't believe a woman should get her tubes tied in the first place. Women were meant to give birth to new life, I doubt God had any intention for women to get their tubes tied.
I would suggest using condoms. Also, don't take Birth Control pills. Yeah it keeps you from getting pregnant, but you have to take them for the rest of your life, and I don't think it's fair to the baby.
