Yes it is possible. Some women can have a period or two or irregularities for the first couple of months of pregnancy (although this isn't the norm). Also stress can cause irregularities with your periods or, peri menopause (the beginning of menopause) can also change your body chemistry and even cause some missed periods or having your period more than once in one month.
