The UK sword ban only applies to single-edged curved blades over 50cm that are not 'forged in the traditional manner'. (In other words, cheap katanas or anything similar) so I see no reason why this would be illegal to buy in the UK. I have bought several straight-edged swords since the ban, from perfectly legitimate web sites.

How do you say frostmourne in Japanese?

The Japanese word for "Frost" is 霜 (しも) - shimo; Mourne is 悔やむ - Kuyamu. The latter is a verb. If you would combine these literally, Frostmourne would be "Shimokuyami" I think. If you simply translate Frostmourne phonetically, saying "Furosutumon", it would be written as フロストモ-ン. Note that the last "mon" is a long vowel, pronounced as " mown" in English.

Of course it was legal. Congress would not or could not "openly" fund an illegal war.

What would a diamond sword cost?

The largest diamond ever found fits into the palm of a grown man's hands. That is not large enough to fabricate a sword of any substance. A sword useful as a weapon would be more useful made from metal. A sword made from diamonds could only be symbolic, because it would be so tiny.

Is the sword that was used in the lightning thief movie just a prop or a real sword?

The sword is most likely a prop. This is because just in case an accident happened, everybody would be safe. If it was real first of all someone could accidentally get killed, and second, it would be quite hard to make.
