If its legal :)
A metal storage building could suffices as a garage if it is kept up but it is definitely not the best option. I would suggest going ahead and getting a real garage built.
No. Any connections to the detached garage have to be after the main disconnect of your house panel. You have two options here. You can replace meter with a meter disconnect combo and have the main feed your house and add a breaker to feed the garage or You could install a 400 ap service and place two disconnects at the meter. one for the house and one for the garage. unless you are going to have a serious electrial load in the garage you sould just feed off the panel in the house for cost effectiveness.
All depends on what type of equipment you are going to operate in the garage. I would suggest you call an electrician. You can connect to your existing 100 amp circuit if there is an empty spot for a breaker.
Well, make sure nothing is in the garage door's way.. :) hope this helps!
The alternator or battery may be going out, have the system tested at a service garage or a parts store.
by going in garage from other side
No, because they could easily come down at any time. Although, everything has it's up's and down's. I think that any garage door type you get is going to have it's safety precautions, and I'd just stick to what you prefer and what works best for you.
He cleaned our garage instead of going to work
A loose wire in the circuit somewhere; a faulty circuit breaker; faulty receptacles/luminaries. The problem could be due to corrosion of the insulation of old wiring (not UF cable type used long ago) going to the garage. This happened to my garage that was built approximately 60 years ago. Suggest tracing the wiring with an ohm meter or continuity tester from the source to the garage to see if the line is open or close.
