NO. You could not be pregnant. See, if your smarter than you seem, you know that you body uses blood to make tissue along the uterus wall. When you don't get pregnant, your body sheds the blood. That causes your period. I have no idea why it is pink, but your not pregnant. You should see a doctor about the pink blood.
