Can you? Yes. Should you? Not really. Dodge recommend 5w30 because the heavier oils decrease the efficiencies gained from activating MDS, and can actually cause damage to the inner workings of the engine during MDS operation.
The 3.5L does allow the use of 10w30, the 2.7L requires 5w30, while the 5.7L and 6.1L require 5w20.
