Mine was doing the same thing; realizing that the fuel was flooding through the carb, I first cleaned the float bowl and needle valve; still did it! Most likely the electrical solenoid on the float bowl is sticking open, but it is about $60-70 part; I bypassed that issue by installing a manual fuel shutoff valve in the line just before the filter, and the problem is cured for about $8. (Briggs & Stratton part)

antifreeze is more likely to be leaking from the water pump and running down where it appears to leaking from crank pulley
You will need to fix the leaking crank case for the vehicle function properly again
Failed seal.
you have a bad crank OIL SEAL
a hole in one of the pistons
Leaking injector is the most common cause.
Mine is built into the ignition switch. After you crank it turn the key back to the left slightly.
One of the fuel injectors in the throttle body may be leaking.
Check headlights and dashboard lights first. If no/minimal power for the lights then replace battery.
The rear main is on the end of the crank shaft. The transmission and flywheel have to be removed to service.
Being that it has crank case oil it would be a 4 Cycle. Engines that you mix oil and gas are 2 cycle.
