Probably a control arm bushing, possibly a strut mount or stabilizer bar bushing. Mine was the control arm bushing, 2001 Windstar Sport pkg.
According to the 2000 Ford Windstar Owner Guide : The front park / turn lamps take the ( 3157 NAK , amber bulb )
Check the fuse for the wipers and replace the turn signal bulb.
There are 2 wiper motors on a Windstar: 1 for the front wipers and 1 for the rear.
