I would think 12 but if you are not responsible 16 with drivers license
no only on roads
No, usually not. You usually you do not need a driver's license to drive unless you drive on a state maintained road. This is a question you will need to ask your local law enforcement types as the rules change a bit from place to place.
Not on public roadways
In California, the age limit to drive a golf cart is sixteen. However, it is illegal to drive a golf cart on any actual roads in any state within the United States.
No
You need to have your drivers permit. Please see the related link below.
You don't need a license, however, golf carts are considered miniature vehicles by Alberta transport (same as go carts and pocket bikes) They are not permitted to be driven on highways or public roads or side walks. They cannot be registered / licensed for road use.
you need to have a drivers id i guess if you have your own cart it doesn't matter but for the most part that's all i know
In general, you don't need a driver's license to operate a vehicle on private property (such as, say, a golf course). You cannot drive a golf cart on the street, because golf carts are not street legal vehicles. If you modified one in such a way as to make it street legal, then yes, you would need a driver's license to drive it on the street.
On any public land, road or sidewalk, it is illegal. On private land under very controlled circumstances, driving a go cart without a license may be allowed. Local laws will always supersede generalized state laws.
No way you will get a ticket or may be go to jail
