90% sure of it. There is a known circumstance I read about once that could result in oil getting into the engine coolant... Had to be one of the Windstar forums or here at WikiAnswers, since the early 3.8l Windstar engines were so prone to head gasket leaks...
In the meantime and back to the more common causes... It could be either a bad gasket or a warped head. Either way, the gasket is going to be replaced.

NO NO, That would be a intake gasket leaking, not a head gasket. You also should check where the heater hose hooks up on the intake, it may be leaking.

If it is leaking from a bad head gasket, it is because of a bad head gasket. If it is leaking from a bad intake manifold gasket, it is because of a bad intake manifold gasket.
Head gasket leaking?
Water in oil is usually caused by a leaking headgasket. This is the gasket between the engine block and the head. It is an expensive repair.
The coolant is not flowing, causing no heat. Look at the antifreeze coming out to see it there are bubbles in it. If there are bubbles then you have a blown head gasket. If not, then you have either a bad thermostat of bad water pump.
The Intake gasket is leaking, NOT THE HEAD GASKET. Replace the intake gasket
