Dealership sold me a used car with 2500 miles on it because is has less than 7500 miles they want the car back to drive it up to 7500 miles because of the clean air act Anyway around this?

Cars with less than 7500 miles are considered "new" in some states and subject to stricter emission standards. Depending on what state you are in you may not be able to register and/or title your vehicle.
