my cat is diabetic and my only segestion is to make sure your giveing him the right dose by working with your vet, making sure you give the animal its shot at the same time every day or night.diet is also inportent make sure thair on a healthy low fat food and that you feed your dog right after you give them thair insulin shot, i know that might soud kinda scary because thay have probably lost some weight but that's ok because i have found that these animals are overweight anyways and the low fat diet it really causes no harm keep cheacking back with your vet to correct this problem.
