You have to remove all accessories from front of engine/belts. It will (should) be centered on block behind fan pulley. Just remove 2 bolts either side (usually) & it will come off. Gaskets will come with new one. Old one can exchange for core money back.. use silicone sealer on the gaskets. (The blue stuff)
