Since he lied about his travels he doesn't seem to have had ethics.
Amerigo Vespucci did not actually go to China. He was looking for a route to China but ended up discovering America.
OKay, one is led to believe that yes, Amerigo Vespucci did in fact meet with Native Americans. He traveled to many established societies, not made by the Europeans. Just think to yourself when Columbus "discovered" the Americas. Then think of the time when Vespucci explored. There was not much time for the Spanish/other countries to colonize in the part of South America he explored. He did say he met people (Im almost positive) therefore, they must have been Native Americans. Thanks for listening I hope this helped! P.S. The stuff in quotes is what I said, its in quotes because I think it looks cool. =)
He sailed across the Atlantic Ocean. On his first voyage, he started at Spain and landed at Brazil. On his second voyage, he started in Portugal and traveled as far south as Argentina.

America is named after Amerigo Vespucci.
Amerigo Vespucci
because he wanted to find new lands
He purportedly crossed the Atlantic Ocean to the West Indies or northern South America.
He got so many ladies pregnant it was just chaos. Men were depressed across the country... it was not good.

During Vespucci's time, Christopher Columbus tried to find a new route from Europe to Asia. He sailed across the Atlantic and landed in what he thought was Asia. But in reality, he discovered a whole new land mass: the Americas. Amerigo Vespucci was an Italian explorer who told the world that this land mass wasn't Asia, but was an unseen land mass. The continents were then named after him in his honor.

ike most, I've known that the Americas were named after Amerigo Vespucci since my early education. However, the story behind why this is the case is somewhat more interesting and quite a bit less well known. Vespucci was a navigator that traveled to "the new world" in 1499 and 1502. Being a well educated man, he realized that this new world was not part of Asia, as some had initially thought. Vespucci chose to write about his travels and his books were published in 1502 and 1504. Being both entertaining and educational, his accounts of the new world were reprinted in almost every European language.
America was probably named after the Italian explorer and cartographer Amerigo Vespucci. Vespucci made maps of the new world from his explorations (he made at least two trips) and from what he learned of others' trips. He identified himself on his maps with a Latinized version of his name: Americus Vespucius.A Germanic geographer named Martin Waldseemueller came across references to lands Americus had mapped, and referred to the new lands with a feminized version of his name: America. The name stuck.(Note: continents are named as females)
Italian explorer Amerigo Vespucci [March 9, 1454-February 22, 1512], Alonso de Ojeda [c. 1466-1515], and Spanish cartographer Juan de la Cosa [c. 1460 1509] may be said to be Aruba's founders. They're the first Europeans to be credited with discovering the Caribbean island. In August 1499, they came across Aruba while they were exploring nearby Venezuela
the ethical appeals: appeals to one persons moral values. If the writer comes across as plesant, fair-minded, and decent, gaining reader support is much easier.
