No. Andrew Johnson was a Democrat who had run for election as President Lincoln's Vice-President on the National Union ticket. The Radical Republicans wanted drastic changes in the South during Reconstruction; Johnson was more sympathetic to the South, and wanted to reunite them with the Union immediately and unconditionally.

Not after he became President. Johnson was a Democrat most of his life. Lincoln picked him as a running mate because he was from the South (Tenn.) and remained loyal to the union. After Johnson unexpectedly became President, he and the majority of Republicans in Congress disagreed sharply on reconstruction and showed him no support.

Not at all. The Radical Republicans saw Johnson as a Southern sympathizer and enemy of the Union. They did everything in their power to prevent him from exercising his authority as President.
