He definitely did not. I have Asperger Syndrome. People with Asperger Syndrome are characterized by a lack of social skills and Bill Clinton definitely had social skills. Even his most ardent foes will say they did not agree with him on the issues but they agreed that he had superior charisma and social skills, two traits definitely not of a person with the syndrome. Al Gore is a different story, he may have it. Bill Clinton, definitely not.
