We all fight the darkness that surrounds us. It is, of course, easier to let the darkness consume us rather than keep the light burning from within, Gandhi however, was one who endeavored to keep the light from within shining furiously bright and his light still shines today. These are Gandhi's own word in regards to that battle: "A beginning step in nonviolence is that we cultivate in our daily life truthfulness, enough tolerance, and some loving."
