Yes. The treaty speculated that they act as though the Wat never happened. That the original borders are reinstated. The Russian and Italian armies are destroyed. So it would have been smart to so yes, but England refused. Either they wanted to avenge their fallen brothers or the conspiracy of Zionist Jews wanting to gain Palestine, modern day Israel.
