There are no records of Adolf Hitler using a machine gun to kill Jews during the Holocaust. It can be said with a degree of certainty, however, that SS troopers may have used submachine guns in the Warsaw Ghetto, or in the countryside to kill Jews. Perhaps even used them in the death camps to execute Jews or other captives slated for death by gassing.

As in did Hitler ever personally kill a Jewish person?
The answer is probably not.

He probably did kill someone during the First World War where he was a soldier in the trenches. But it is unknown or unlikely that he personally killed anyone during the Second World War. He did, however, order other people to kill, which in itself is still technically murder on his part.

It is believed that Hitler may have had haemophobia, the fear of blood, though this has never been proven so it is unknown whether that is true. If he had such a phobia then it would have prevented him from killing someone, in theory.

It is also speculated but not proven that he may have killed his step-sister's daughter, Geli Raubal (his half-niece). She was living with Hitler until her death in 1931 before she was killed with Hitler's gun. Hitler was supposedly jealously in love with her but she was apparently in love with Hitler's chauffeur, Emil Maurice. On the day of her murder, Hitler had dismissed the house staff except the one who was deaf. But it was never proven if Hitler murdered her (though it does look likely, doesn't it?).

To answer your question, it is unlikely that Hitler personally killed a Jewish person or in fact anybody after the First World War. He was a coward and cowards often make other people do their dirty work for them. But he is just as guilty as the men who did murder the Jewish, because he was the one who issued the orders.

There's no evidence that he personally killed anyone in the Holocaust. He had plenty of lackies who were willing to do it for him.

Who is the commander of the Holocaust?

the Holocaust is a concept created after the events, as such it has no leader. The Holocaust was a set of actions perpetrated under the Nazi government which was led by Hitler. The Holocaust was orchestrated by Himmler and planned by Heydrich and actualised by the adminstration of Eichmann. However the order for it was signed by Goering. Pick which ever of those names you care to and there is an argument for any of them to be the 'commander of the Holocaust'.

Who authorized the Holocaust?

No written order or authorization signed by Hitler has been found, if there ever was one. However, no mainstream historian doubts that it was Hitler who ordered it. Did Hitler order the Holocaust?

The Holocaust may not have been officially suggested by Hitler but in the book he wrote while in prison, Mein Kampf, he wrote about the "Jewish peril" - that is, a (supposed) conspiracy of the Jews to gain world leadership to corrupt the world with their ideas. He saw the Jews and other non-Aryan groups as what was bringing down Germany from prosperity and success, so it can be seen that indeed the Holocaust was Hitler's idea.

Did anyone know that Hitler was a Jew during the holocaust?

Technically, Hitler wasn't an Jew, according to records Hitler's Mother's Father wasn't born as a Jew but was raised, so this makes Hitler partially Jewish. However, this is disproved since his mother and father wern't Jewish. So noone did knew Hitler had an distant Jewish relative._______________According to Ian Kershaw's two-volume biography of Hitler, stories claiming that Hitler was part Jewish had circulated ever since the early 1920s. They seem to have remained very popular ever since.
