Hitler did kill Jehovah's Witnesses, not just Jews. In the concentration camps Jehovah's Witnesses had to wear a purple triangle, similarly, Jews wore the star of David.

The Witnesses were a special target of Hitler during the Nazi regime. Although they were a very small group, Hitler felt threatened by their refusal to support him, not even saying the standard "Heil" greeting. Of all the groups Hitler put into concentration camps, the Jehovah's Witnesses are unique in one important way: They are the only group that could be freed from the camps with a simple signature on a form renouncing their faith (very few signed). Hitler vowed that Jehovah's Witnesses would be exterminated from Germany and approximately 5000 were killed in the camps. There is a pavilion dedicated just to Jehovah's Witnesses if you ever get a chance to visit the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington DC. See the Holocausts Museum's website for more details and first person accounts: http://www.ushmm.org/wlc/article.php?lang=en&ModuleId=10005394
