Although Hitler did not believe that the U.S. would be able to play a significant role in the war, he did not deliberately seek to draw us in. Absolutely not.

Hitler did not want war with America, or for that matter, Britain either.

Hitler wanted Japan to attack Russia.

Yes, Hitler definitely wanted Japan to attack the Soviet Union, but he also wanted the Japanese to exert pressure against English colonial interests in Asia. He did not want the US in the war.
