No. The Bible says who ever believes Jesus Christ is the son of God and died a a sacrifice for sin will go to heaven/have eternal life. This is also what Jesus taught. Jesus said this:
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
One of Jesus' disciples wrote this:
1John 5:11-13 And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.
uh i can tell you jesus is not the only one that went to heaven after he came back from the dead. but if that doesn't help why don't you try rewording it
The Bible teaches only Jesus went to heaven where He came from:John 3:13New King James Version (NKJV)13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.Furthermore, there are many places in Scripture which teach death being akin to sleep and at the end of the rule of man, we all will be called to an awakening to stand before Jesus Christ in the judgment process.
The only wat to Heaven is bt accepting Jesus in yhure Heart !
The Catholic church does not teach that you have to have faith in Jesus and get your sins forgiven in order to get to heaven. It does however, recognize that the only way to get to heaven is through Jesus and his death on the cross. But there are plenty in the world who have never heard the Gospel, they are not required to know or "accept" Jesus in order to get to heaven. They are called to live good and moral lives as they see fit within the beauty of our human dignity. Native Americans are not to be held responsible for their isolation from the middle east. 1,000 years ago. No just God would condemn them to hell just because of their geography.
we belive that jesus IS our savor and lord. the only way to heaven.
No, of course not.
Have you read the Bible? If you do you will learn what Jesus did between the Crucifixion and Resurrection. You will also learn that being an example of how to live was just ONE thing that Jesus did. That should answer your question.
No, but Lutherans DO think that only those believing in Jesus will spend eternity in Heaven.
It means Jesus is the only reason you can go to heaven i you believe that Jesus died for you and also arose from the dead.
Christian theology says that Jesus was sent from God to be exicuted so that human sins would die with him. Because of this it also says that for a person to be saved, they must be a follower of Jesus.
i dont know but you can go to heaven if you ask for forgivniss and repent your sins and also believe in god and jesus
Through Jesus Christ the Son of God.
